Learning Empowerment to Able the Disabled provides youth development programs for youth with disabilities. LEAD creates programs and opportunities to help young people develop the skills and connections they need in order to reach their fullest potential. The programs will involve activities and experiences that aid youth with disabilities to mature in their competencies socially, emotionally, cognitively, and ethically. Our goal is to be involved in supporting those we serve to flourish into responsible and healthy adults.
LEAD has been awarded a grant through the state of Oregon which will promote and cultivate diversity, inclusion, and service equity for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking forward to announcing this program and the activities that will be available to participants in the near future.
