About Us

Mission Statement

The mission of LEAD (Learning Empowerment to Able the Disabled) is to empower youth with disabilities to live rich, fulfilling lives in Malheur County, Oregon and surrounding communities.

History

LEAD was started by Vineyard Family, Inc., a 24 hour residential services provider for children and teens with developmental disabilities based in Ontario, OR.  Vineyard Family, Inc. saw a need to provide more opportunities designed for youth with disabilities to foster growth so they can reach their full potential as they transition into adulthood.
